About the Job
Jumeirah Al Naseem is hiring an Assistant Engineering Manager - Engineering from October 2026 onwards.
The role supports engineering operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning engineering strategies, preventive maintenance schedules, and energy-saving initiatives.
- Supervise daily operations, timely work-order completion, and adherence to SOPs.
- Manage spare parts and tools and support cost-effective procurement and usage.
- Prepare maintenance, equipment performance, and budget utilization reports.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff.
- Handle escalated technical issues and coordinate vendors for specialized repairs.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in engineering operations within luxury hospitality, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
