- Take a cross functional leadership role to ensure that business plans are being executed well across all organizational units and, where applicable, with 3rd Parties.
- Ensure that projects are well planned and delivered within scope and on time and budget.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct project planning for assigned work streams following the Agile methodology including:
- Plan, document, execute and manage projects through all the phases including close-out
- Managing tasks, deliverables and milestones
- Identify and track project issues, risks, decisions and action items
- Perform daily/weekly status updates and update team dashboards
- Manage changes to plans through change controls and re-base lining processes
- Plan & schedule meetings as necessary, create agendas and documenting minutes
- Help prepare work stream deliverables and submit them ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Manage cross team dependencies help identify and remove impediments and escalate to AGM Digital when necessary
- Proactively establish good working relationships with all project team members and representatives of all impacted organizations
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and project metrics
- Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources
- Focus on quality and delivering the highest business value in the shortest time
- Help resolve conflict(s), as and when required
- To be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, requirements definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning
- Identify innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment
- Utilize best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Lead all delivery related meetings and activities of the project team
- Maintain awareness of all issues facing the project, and working with stakeholders to develop solutions
- Encourage, support, and guide continuous improvement of people (team), products and processes
Education And Certification And Continued Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
- Years of Experience
- Three to five years of Project Management experience
- Good understanding of project and program management with a good experience in a fast paced environment taking a product through its complete lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Ability to balance a practical, real world approach with an Agile philosophy to complete tasks in a timely manner
