- Assist in monitoring and maintaining Food & Beverage cost control procedures.
- Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and goods received.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, inventory reconciliations, consumption analyses, and journal entries.
- Assist in maintaining food and beverage cost percentages and identifying cost variances.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment process.
- Conduct routine checks of receiving, storeroom, and kitchen operations.
- Assist in menu costing and tracking high cost items.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage teams.
