  • Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and goods received.
  • Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Food & Beverage cost control procedures.
  • Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and goods received.
  • Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports, inventory reconciliations, consumption analyses, and journal entries.
  • Assist in maintaining food and beverage cost percentages and identifying cost variances.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment process.
  • Conduct routine checks of receiving, storeroom, and kitchen operations.
  • Assist in menu costing and tracking high cost items.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage teams.
