- Field Operations & Project Support: Travel to job sites, document progress, track deficiencies, and support field teams.
- Project Coordination & Execution : Coordinate subcontractors, selections, budget procurement, contract adherence, track schedules, assist with change orders, and support on-time project delivery.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses while maintaining accuracy and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide status updates, action plans, maintain project files, and support client/management reporting.
- 2-5 years construction or project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel.
- Valid driver’s license and clear motor vehicle record required.
