- Coordinate the full guest journey, including pre arrival, arrival, in room experience, stay, departure, and post stay follow up
- Observe guest preferences and ensure they are documented and consistently executed across the team
- Lead and support butler staff through training, coaching, and regular quality inspections
- Act as a liaison with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Manage special attention guests, including personalized amenities, in room dining service, and airport pick up/drop off arrangements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Butler Supervisor or in a luxury guest service role within a 5 star hotel
- Excellent at creating personalized, detail oriented guest experiences and maintaining discretion
- Communicates with clarity, warmth, and confidence
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable leading a team in a fast paced luxury environment
- Proficient with hotel systems such as Opera, KC, 360, and adapts quickly to new technology
- Strong knowledge of local attractions to craft memorable guest recommendations

THE TEAM
- You will join the Butler team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a highly dedicated group committed to delivering personalized and elevated service throughout the guest journey.
- Working closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams, you will report directly to the Director of Rooms.
YOUR ROLE
- As Assistant Chief Butler, you will support the day to day leadership of the Butler department, ensuring seamless, thoughtful, and intuitive service at every stage of the guest experience.
- You will act as a key liaison between guests and internal teams, anticipating needs, elevating touchpoints, and personalizing each stay.

- You are highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable leading a team in a fast paced luxury environment.
- You are proficient with hotel systems such as Opera, KC, 360, and you adapt quickly to new technology.
- You have strong knowledge of local attractions and can craft memorable and bespoke guest recommendations.
