You will join the Butler team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a highly dedicated group committed to delivering personalized and elevated service throughout the guest journey.

Working closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams, you will report directly to the Director of Rooms, playing an essential role in upholding the standards and reputation of Rosewood’s butler service.

As Assistant Chief Butler, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the Butler department, ensuring seamless, thoughtful, and intuitive service at every stage of the guest experience.

You will act as a key liaison between guests and internal teams, anticipating needs, elevating touchpoints, and personalizing each stay.

Your role contributes directly to maintaining Rosewood’s legendary standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and strengthening interdepartmental collaboration.
