Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in banquet operations, food & beverage service, or event management
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer focused mindset with problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
