Primary Purpose Of The Job
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance asset management standards, policies, processes, and systems.
Support the effective management of QatarEnergy’s non-operated assets.
Drive excellence in asset management practices through quality assurance and adoption of industry best practices.
Build organizational capability and strengthen asset management expertise across the business.
Role Focus
- Develop training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Foster communities of practice across the organization.
- Strengthen asset management expertise through targeted learning and development programs.
- Work with asset teams using asset management and change management principles and systems.
Required Experience And Skills
- Minimum of 15 years of experience within the industry.
- At least 8 years working in asset or joint venture management.
- Deep understanding of asset management, change management principles, and related systems.
- Prior experience working with asset teams.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
