Asset & Inventory Manager / Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Asset & Inventory Manager/Supervisor to oversee, manage, and safeguard our company assets and inventory across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate asset register, conducting regular stock audits, coordinating asset disposal, and ensuring loss prevention measures are in place.

· **Maintain and update the company’s asset register, including detailed records of all owned assets.**

· **Conduct periodic physical stock and asset audits across all company locations, including showrooms, warehouses, and apartments.**

· **Travel periodically to different sites in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other locations to verify stock levels and assets.**

· **Monitor and manage the lifecycle of assets, including depreciation, procurement, and disposal.**

· **Ensure compliance with company policies on asset management and loss prevention.**

· **Work closely with the finance and procurement teams for asset tracking and reporting.**

· **Liaise with security and facilities staff to implement asset security and loss prevention measures.**

· **Prepare regular reports for senior management on asset status, discrepancies, and audits.**

· **Assist in developing processes for asset tracking, handling, and secure storage.**

· **Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or logistics (minimum 2-5 years preferred).**

· **Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.**

· **Ability to travel between locations within the UAE.**

· **Familiarity with Asset Management Systems/software.**

· **Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.**

· **Own car is preferred**

· **Excellent communication and reporting skills.**

· **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
