Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to specification documents and diagrams.
• Conduct rigorous testing procedures on completed assemblies to ensure functionality and performance.
• Calibrate equipment and tools to maintain precise manufacturing tolerances and standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
• Work in collaboration with engineering and design teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results for quality assurance purposes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Utilize specialized testing equipment and interpret technical data from various tests.
• Provide feedback on product design and potential improvements to enhance performance.
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to stay updated on technological advancements.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment to ensure optimum operation.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures to optimize product reliability and quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in an assembly or testing role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical assembly and testing challenges.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in assembled products.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse technical teams.
