- Design and develop computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, OCR, document understanding, and video analytics
- Build and maintain end to end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, annotation, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost across cloud and edge environments
- Work with large scale, real world datasets and implement strategies to improve data quality and model robustness
- Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, or streaming systems for real time and batch inference
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications
- Monitor model performance in production and implement retraining and continuous improvement workflows
- Stay up to date with advancements in computer vision, including transformer based models and multimodal systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI engineering and MLOps
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on computer vision
- Hands on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV
- Proven experience building and deploying CV models in production environments
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, Vision Transformers, detection/segmentation models)
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with data processing libraries
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines)

Role Overview

- This role involves owning the full lifecycle of computer vision systems—from data pipelines and model development to production deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, OCR, document understanding, and video analytics.

Required Qualifications

- Prior experience leading AI projects or mentoring teams.
