Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production grade AI applications using modern machine learning and Generative AI technologies
- Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks to solve real world business challenges
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, production ready solutions
- Drive technical decision making, optimize AI systems based on production performance, and promote engineering best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant hands on experience delivering AI solutions into production
- Proven track record of building AI powered products that have been successfully launched and actively used by customers
- Strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain
- Experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using modern software engineering practices
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, MLOps, and deploying AI applications at scale
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines, and large scale data processing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Proactive, product focused mindset with experience in fast paced engineering environments
