Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop strong distributor, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
- Support project tracking and specification activity.
- Manage sales pipeline and develop key accounts.
- Represent Rapidrop at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Experience working across international markets, ideally including the Middle East and/or South and Central Asia.
- Experience managing distributors, partners, or key accounts across multiple countries.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing new business.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability and willingness to undertake regular international travel.
