- Conduct comprehensive inspections of architectural elements, including walls, drywall, doors, windows, finishes, and related components, to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials and construction methods to assess quality, performance, and structural integrity
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure on site execution aligns with approved design intent and project objectives
- Identify potential issues proactively and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to project managers, architects, and stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboratively with contractors, architects, engineers, and other discipline inspectors to resolve change orders and quality concerns efficiently
- Conduct comprehensive final inspections to confirm that all architectural works meet required standards and project requirements
- Prepare detailed, well organized inspection reports that include findings, recommendations, photographic documentation, and supporting evidence
- Monitor construction progress systematically and identify risks that may impact quality, safety, or project schedules
- Verify compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian, local, and international building codes, regulations, and accessibility requirements
- Perform regular safety inspections to ensure adherence to project safety plans and relevant safety regulations
- Participate actively in project meetings to present inspection findings, support issue resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, tests, correspondence, site communications, and all documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in architectural inspection, quality assurance, construction inspection, or an equivalent role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with inspection documentation software, digital photography, and reporting tools
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with architects, contractors, and project teams
