Role Description
Develop architectural designs, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate projects from concept through completion.
Work with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to deliver functional, safe, and high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Translate client requirements and project objectives into practical design solutions.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents.
- Coordinate designs with structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, inspections, and design assessments.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and construction details.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Identify design conflicts, technical issues, defects, and required modifications.
- Monitor architectural works for compliance with approved designs.
- Respond to RFIs, technical queries, change requests, and site-related issues.
- Support permits, authority submissions, documentation, reporting, inspections, and value engineering.
