Role Overview
A friendly and energetic Arcade Attendant is needed for a venue-based guest service role.
The position supports guests and children while helping maintain a fun and safe arcade environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, especially children, with a friendly attitude.
- Help guests use arcade games and equipment.
- Keep the arcade area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor games and equipment and report any issues.
- Support guests with questions and requests.
- Ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality, entertainment, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the arcade venue.
- The description names Emirates Hills, Dubai as the venue location.
