About the Role
We are seeking an Arbitration Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Arbitration team. The role involves managing calendars, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring efficient case administration.

- Provide administrative assistance to lawyers within the team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
- Liaise with clients
- Coordinate document submissions and follow ups
- Support lawyers during corporate transactions, including due diligence processes
- Arrange notarization, legalization, and attestation of documents
- Assist in time entry, billing, and expense tracking
- Maintain records of invoices and follow up on payments where required
- Assist in onboarding new clients and opening files
- Ensure confidentiality of all legal and client information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration
- 5+ years experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Summary
- The Arbitration Legal Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Arbitration team, ensuring the efficient management of arbitration matters, client communications, legal documentation, and case administration.
- The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced legal environment.
