About the Role
Premier Inn seeks an Arabic-speaking Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, handle reservations, and provide excellent customer service. Requires 1+ year hotel front office experience, Opera PMS knowledge, and fluency in Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers, and answer telephone calls
- Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities, and events
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Handle payments according to cash handling procedures
- Identify corporate leads and build long term relationships
- Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback
- Carry out general office duties including correspondence, emails, and filing
- Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationery
- Communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints
- Ensure safety of all guests in line with safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office
- Knowledge of Opera PMS
- Arabic language speaking, writing, reading
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work under pressure

Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, suppliers, answer telephone calls providing a warm, timely welcome.
- Answers guest related queries and provides information for promotions, room prices, activities and events.
- Ensure payments are made according to cash handling procedures and process reservations and cancellations.
- Identify corporate leads and build long term relationships.
- Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
- Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
- Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails and filing.
- Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationeries.
- Effectively communicate with all departments on guests’ requests and complaints.
- Ensure safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Minimum one year experience as Hotel Receptionist in Front Office.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
- Arabic Language speaking, writing and reading.
