Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Arabic Language Instructor to deliver Arabic language instruction to adult learners (18+) in a structured classroom environment.
This position is open to Emirati talents candidates at any stage of their teaching career — from motivated graduates to experienced instructors.
What matters most is subject mastery, a genuine commitment to learner development, and the ability to deliver in a structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Arabic language lessons tailored to adult learners at varying proficiency levels
- Develop and adapt lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments in line with programme objectives
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Maintain a professional, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with curriculum leads to align instruction with broader programme goals
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Education, or a related field Native Arabic speaker (required)
- Teaching qualification or certification is an advantage (e.g. PGCE, teaching diploma)
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not essential — we welcome motivated fresh graduates
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
