About the Role
Beacon Red is seeking an Interpreter to provide English-Arabic interpretation and translation for training delivery in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures accurate knowledge transfer in classroom and practical training environments.

- Deliver accurate simultaneous interpretation between English and Arabic across classroom instruction and practical training sessions.
- Translate training curricula, supporting materials, and documentation from English to Arabic (and vice versa).
- Provide professional interpretation support during client meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Execute assigned role play activities within training scenarios.
- Manage translation of client correspondence, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional tone.
Requirements
- Native or near native fluency in both Arabic and English, with demonstrated professional proficiency in both languages.
- Proven experience in simultaneous interpretation within technical, professional, or defence/security training environments.
- Formal qualification in translation, interpretation, linguistics, or a related discipline (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- Experience translating technical or instructional content, with strong attention to contextual accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

- Professional certification from a recognised interpretation or translation body (e.g. CIOL, ITI, or equivalent).
- Prior experience supporting scenario based or simulation training in a bilingual environment.
- Familiarity with Gulf region operational and cultural context.
