About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reception duties, ensuring clients are greeted warmly and technicians are informed of schedules
- Manage client bookings, reconfirmations, and follow ups in the Phorest system
- Deliver high standard of customer service by resolving client concerns promptly
- Assist Branch Manager in daily operations, including reporting, stock control, scheduling, and cost management
- Supervise the branch in the manager’s absence
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in beauty, spa, or hospitality industries
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities
- Ability to handle cash and daily reports accurately

Purpose of the Role
- Ensuring smooth front desk operations, maintaining excellent client service, and effectively managing branch administrative tasks and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reception duties, ensuring clients are greeted warmly and technicians are informed of schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure the reception area reflects brand standards and professionalism.
- Manage client bookings, reconfirmations, and follow ups in the Phorest system.
- Ensure accurate client data, therapist scheduling, and leave management.
- Monitor branch checklists and maintain updated records and reports.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by resolving client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote BBL services and retail products while maintaining a positive and welcoming branch environment.
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, including reporting, stock control, scheduling, and cost management.
- Support team coordination, ensure compliance with policies, and supervise the branch in the manager’s absence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisor role, preferably in beauty, spa, or hospitality industries.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Females only. Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
- Detail oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cash and daily reports accurately.
Compensation
- Pay: AED6,000.00 AED7,500.00 per month
