About the Role
Tips and Toes is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team. You will handle phone calls, book appointments, up-sell services, and maintain customer relationships in a beauty lounge environment.

Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls efficiently and accurately applying telephone etiquettes and call handling system
- Obtain client information by answering calls, interviewing clients, verifying information and reconfirming requests
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up sell treatments; explaining new services
- Maintain call centre database by entering information
- Reconfirm all client appointments for the day
- Manage the computer booking system efficiently and ensure communication is accurate
- Maximize the booking system by minimizing gaps between bookings; support in achieving branch targets
- Inform clients by explaining procedures (children policy, arrival policy etc.); answering questions; providing information
- Inform guests of treat card points accumulation during each call, and offer treatments based on it
- Actively promote Bedashing services and retail on the phone
- Work towards team targets and show initiatives in achieving them
- Assist team leader with assignments/tasks for completion
Requirements
- Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to up sell and promote services
- Proficiency with computer booking systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls efficiently and accurately applying the Bedashing telephone etiquettes & call handling system.
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information and reconfirming their requests.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up sell treatments; explaining new services.

- Informs clients by explaining procedures (children policy, arrival policy etc.); answering questions; providing information.
- Informs the guests of their treat card points accumulation during each call, and offers treatments based on it.
- Understands the customer, builds strong collaborative customer relationships and builds customer trust and confidence.
- Actively promote Bedashing services and retail, on the phone.
- Works towards team targets and show initiatives in achieving them.
Experience
- Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
Pay
- Up to AED 4,000.00 per month
