About the Role
We are seeking an experienced APT Separation Engineer with deep knowledge of separators and desalters to develop products and solutions, support business development, and prepare competitive technical offers.

Responsibilities
- Develop products and solutions according to local and international market needs
- Support BD in client meetings as required
- Make competitive commercial technical offers with fit for purpose technology
- Provide time efficient and quality response to clients and P&L centers
- Execute feasibility studies, conceptual design, and process studies
- Recognize problems and discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage communication towards client and participate in tender negotiations
- Ensure proper handover to execution team after winning tender
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering
- Experience in Separation Projects for Middle East (Water Knock Out Facilities)
- Proficiency in process simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNSIM, Flaresim
- Troubleshooting experience
- HAZOP and SIL studies participation and close outs
- Deep knowledge of separation technology

- Provide time efficient and quality response to technology development projects.
- Execute feasibility studies / conceptual design / process studies or input to these for assigned discipline.
- Recognize problems and discrepancies in work process and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Strong knowledge of competitor technology or execution approach for assigned technology.
- Strong knowledge on industry standards for assigned discipline.
Experience/Education/Skill set Required
- Chemical Engineering – Masters Degree.
- 10 years + in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering.
- Autonomy.
- Experience in Separation Projects for Middle East (Water Knock Out Facilities).
- Process Simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNSIM, Flaresim.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- HAZOP and SIL studies participation and close outs.
- Deep knowledge of technology.
