Responsibilities
- Deliver a superior customer experience to Card Members who use American Express for its exclusive benefits and services.
- Support responsible spending by understanding customer profiles and needs, recommending suitable benefits and products, and adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Resolve Card Member queries, follow established call conversation models, and provide alternative solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards while demonstrating strong communication
- ownership, resilience, and first-call resolution focus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and
- Joining date
- Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges• Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
