What You'll Do
- Innovate machine learning algorithms to maximize ROI and advertising performance.
- Create new algorithms and improve state-of-the-art and classical methods.
- Write production code, sometimes with Data Engineers, to implement novel algorithms.
- Prototype algorithms and pipelines, test them with historical data, and iterate based on insights.
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, operations research, or a related field.
- Ability to break ambiguous tasks into actionable steps.
- Comprehensive understanding of statistics, optimization, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly team environment.
