Provide support for ticketing applications and F&B/retail applications.
The profile combines ticketing management with F&B/retail application management.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to ticketing solution management and API-related integrations.
- SQL skills to support business operations.
- Exposure to application development.
- Five years of experience with the EATEC/InfoGenesis POS application or a similar system in a functional or techno-functional role.
- F&B or retail solution management exposure.
- Three years of experience managing the application assigned to the role.
Desirable Experience
- Three years of experience within the leisure industry is desirable.
- Two years of helpdesk experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticketing applications and F&B/retail applications.
- Manage the ticketing solution and the assigned F&B/retail application portfolio.
- Support business operations using SQL and API-related integrations.
