Job Purpose
Provide L2 technical and production support for business-critical enterprise applications.
Maintain application availability, stability, performance, and reliability through incident investigation and technical issue resolution.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires a minimum of five years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical and production support for enterprise applications.
- Investigate incidents, service requests, performance issues, and production failures within agreed SLAs.
- Analyze logs, database records, API responses, integrations, and system behavior.
- Troubleshoot APIs, web services, middleware, batch jobs, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor application availability, performance, interfaces, scheduled jobs, transactions, and system health.
- Support releases, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, deployments, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
