Role Purpose
Ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing banking applications through monitoring, maintenance, development support, and vendor management.

s1. Application Monitoring & Maintenanc
- eProvide L2/L3 application support in coordination with vendors
- .Ensure smooth front‑end and back‑end functionality
- .Implement BAU and emergency changes per Change Management procedures
- .Track performance metrics, document processes, and manage software upgrades/licensing
- .Apply InfoSec and regulatory controls; ensure timely security patching
- .Deploy monitoring tools to track application health and performance

- tAnalyze application behavior and recommend enhancements
- .Work with vendors and business teams to optimize performance
- .Identify root causes of incidents and ensure timely closure within SLAs
