Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day technical and operational activities.
- Assist with installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems or equipment as applicable.
- Support IT systems, hardware, software, or technical infrastructure based on the assigned function.
- Assist engineers and technical teams with projects and documentation.
- Prepare basic reports, records, and technical documentation.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the relevant team.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Participate in technical training and development programs.
- Perform other assigned technical support activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, specified engineering disciplines, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible.
- Basic technical and computer knowledge.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a technical and operational environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
