Description

  • Grow the business with channel partners who distribute and resell Apple products in the region driving towards a sales target.
  • Establish and lead close working relationship with senior collaborators of distributors, retail partners & telco operators.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends, retail channel and develop comprehensive account plans.
  • Understand the market and stores on a deep level, spending time in doors and sharing insights to management.
  • Act as a professional business personnel to develop and manage a reliable forecast.
  • Plan and agree with Channel Partners on quarterly sales, marketing and in store activities.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams on forecasts and influence product supply.
  • Analyse opportunities in relevant channels and be able to develop strategies.
  • Implement marketing programs online & offline, as prescribed by Apple.
  • Work with the Apple training team to ensure that the team sales staffs are of the highest standard and quality.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Unwavering tenacity and ability to have great control over the channel.
  • Keen eye for detail and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives.
  • Willingness to be in market on a monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners.
  • Years of experience as a Country Manager / Account Manager for a mobile device or HW company.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and provide recommendations.
  • Awareness of local channel structure, emerging trends and competitor’s activities.
  • Strong business planning capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian is required.
