Description

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and helping them discover how Apple and third party products can enhance their businesses.
  • Proactively engage with and provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers.
  • Serve as the go to expert and store team mentor on business customer needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events.
  • Lay a foundation for long term relationships between local business customers and Apple Retail.
  • Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in CRM.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Have experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.

  • Show a track record of strong performance and results.
  • Communicate effectively and tailor your communication style to different audiences.
  • Work in a fast paced environment and make timely decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Build rapport and work effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to set priorities, and responsiveness.
  • Draw from a deep technical understanding of Apple products and services.
  • Learn, navigate, and use new tools and systems.
