About the Role

- Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for driving the Partner's Apple business and achieving peak performance in revenue and objectives across an assigned territory
- Work alongside team members in the store to demonstrate sales and growth strategies, ensure an exceptional Apple customer experience, and role model successful behaviors
- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including training and coaching to ensure deep product knowledge and successful advocacy for Apple solutions
- Hold team accountable for ensuring all Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards
- Develop impactful relationships with partner resellers at store and district leadership levels to deliver training, demos, and ensure awareness of latest sales promotions
- Deliver frequent business reviews and performance updates to partner senior and store leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 6+ years of related experience
- Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support
- Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally
- Ability to motivate and inspire others and advocate for Apple's values
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English

Overview
- As an Area Supervisor, you are a leader and an inspirational coach.
- You spend your days working alongside your team, coaching, developing and role modeling the behaviors of a successful sales person.
- You help your team build impactful relationships across multiple partner resellers while cultivating your own relationships with partner senior leadership.
- Adaptable and flexible by nature, you’re a clear and direct communicator and dedicated to making an impact with others.
- Through your leadership and influence, you will inspire and motivate your team and partners to exceed their goals.
- You will review and communicate business results and promotions daily with your team and partners to grow share the partner’s business.
- You will focus on supporting the partner achieving maximum sales results discovering new opportunities for the partner to grow the Apple business.
- Your work hours will be based on business needs and require you to work weekends and evenings and commute between different store locations, including up to 60 80% travel.

- Hold your team accountable for ensuring all Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising elements in a territory are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards and planogram per store.
- Develop impactful relationships with partner resellers at the store and district leadership levels to deliver training, demos, and ensure that partners are aware of the latest sales promotions.
- Deliver frequent business reviews and performance updates to partner senior and store leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 6+ years of related experience.
- Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.
- Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others and advocate for Apple’s values.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English.
