About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team responsible for driving the Partner's Apple business and achieving peak performance in revenue and objectives across an assigned territory
- Work alongside team members in the store to demonstrate sales and growth strategies and ensure an exceptional Apple customer experience
- Provide encouragement and support to team members, including training and coaching to build deep product knowledge and overcome objections
- Hold team accountable for ensuring all Apple fixtures, product exposures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards
- Develop impactful relationships with partner resellers at store and district leadership levels to deliver training, demos, and ensure awareness of latest sales promotions
- Deliver frequent business reviews and performance updates to partner senior and store leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 6+ years of related experience
- Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams
- Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
- Background leading or supporting a technology sales or solution based selling team is a plus

Overview
- Apple is looking for an Area Supervisor to lead and inspire a team across partner reseller stores in the UAE.

- Work hours require weekends, evenings, and 60 80% travel between store locations.
Responsibilities
