About the Role
Oaktech Services FZ-LLC is seeking an Appearance Assistant for a role in Ras Al Khaimah. The position involves training new dealers on appearance standards, monitoring employee image, and coordinating appearance changes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the employee record from the point of view of the image
- Train employees on image requirements
- Recommend and follow the implementation of image changes requested by employees or by the company
- Review the image of each new employee before the first entrances to the studio
- Create written materials and procedures regarding the image
- Perform image tests for different projects in studios
- Communicate on specialized communication channels relevant information regarding the image of employees
- Check and update the files dedicated to the image of employees
- Coordinate and support the sessions for the presentation of the companies' standards guide, as well as the practical workshops
Requirements
- Make up / hairstyling diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labour
- At least 1 year experience in the Appearance Department
- English: intermediate advanced
- PC literate
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Communication and self control skills
- Attention skills
- Able to deal with different types of characters, personalities and cultures

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Performs initial Appearance training for new dealers, reviews their individual Appearance before entering the studio, requests and follows up on the requested Appearance Changes, contributes to overall Appearance Monitoring.
