Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with AH/64 D/E aircraft Electrical/Avionics/Armament/Fire Control/ASE Technician
- 3+ years of experience with ULLS A(E) or similar aviation maintenance management system
- Successfully completed and qualified by appropriate U.S. Government armed forces aircraft avionics/armament/fire control/ASE maintenance course or civilian equivalent

Job Overview
- Performs maintenance on AH 64E electrical/avionics/armament/fire control/radar/visionics/ASE systems for QAF AH 64E using QAF specific manuals.
Responsibilities
- Diagnoses and repairs aircraft systems and components malfunctions including solid state and transistorized devices.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, authorized modifications, and alignment of AH 64E weapons components.
- Handles AH 64E aircraft ammunitions, performs weapon system loading/unloading, arming and de arming.
- Performs aircraft systems operational checks and troubleshoots test sets and diagnostic equipment.
- Assists QAF in requisition and maintenance of Shop and Bench stock items for repair of AH 64E systems.
- Prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
- Uses and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools, AGSE, and PGSE.
- Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records.
- Provides OJT, coaching, and mentorship to QAF personnel.
- Coordinates training.
- Travels on short notice domestically and internationally.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with AH/64 D/E aircraft Electrical/Avionics/Armament/Fire Control/ASE Technician.
- 3+ years of experience with ULLS A(E) or similar aviation maintenance management system.
- Successfully completed and qualified by appropriate U.S. Government armed forces aircraft avionics/armament/fire control/ASE maintenance course or civilian equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years ULLS A(E) or similar aviation maintenance management system.
- Army Service School Instructor or civilian equivalent instructing experience.
- Prior experience or qualified in another aviation maintenance field.
- Prior experience working in Southwest Asia/desert region.
Shift
- 1st shift.
Work Location
- 100% onsite at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
