- Perform modification tasks on F 15SA using technical orders, engineering instructions, and blueprints
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft components
- Interpret technical documentation such as drawings, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Coordinate with maintenance controllers and management to sequence and prioritize work
- Assist in operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections
- Adhere to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, QA, and SMS processes
- Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, and test reports
- Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives and support training

Role Overview
- Execute general modification tasks at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia
- Reports to Operations Manager F 15SA Modifications
- Expatriate position based 100% on site
Position Responsibilities
- Perform modification tasks on F 15SA using technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft components
- Interpret technical documentation (drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical orders)
- Coordinate with maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence work
- Assist in operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections
- Adhere to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, QA, and SMS processes
- Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports
- Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives and support training
- Support flexible environment with overtime as required
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years aircraft modification or maintenance experience
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical orders, engineering drawings, and maintenance publications
- Hands on experience using general and standard aircraft tooling
- Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in aircraft engineering/technical discipline
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience on fighter aircraft platforms (F 15 highly desirable)
- Prior experience supporting aircraft modification programs, MRO, or production environments
- Familiarity with maintenance recording systems and tool control systems
