Responsibilities
- Perform modification tasks on F 15SA electrical systems using technical orders, engineering instructions, and blueprints
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical and avionics systems, wiring harnesses, circuit protection, sensors, and interfaces
- Interpret technical documentation to diagnose and resolve moderate to complex system faults
- Coordinate with maintenance controllers and management to sequence and prioritize work
- Perform operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections to verify airworthiness
- Adhere to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, QA, and SMS processes
- Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, and test reports
- Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives and support training
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of aircraft modification or maintenance experience with electrical systems
- Minimum 1 year experience reading and interpreting technical orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance publications
- Hands on experience using aircraft test equipment and standard aircraft tooling
- Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Role Overview
- Execute electrical and avionics modification tasks at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Saudi Arabia
- Full time local hire position based 100% on site
- Reports to Operations Manager F 15SA Modifications
Position Responsibilities
- Perform modification tasks on F 15SA electrical systems using technical orders, engineering instructions, blueprints
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify electrical and avionics systems, wiring harnesses, circuit protection, sensors, interfaces
- Interpret technical documentation (drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, technical orders) to diagnose faults
- Coordinate with maintenance controllers, coordinators, and management to sequence work
- Perform operational tests, ground checks, and component inspections
- Adhere to Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, QA, and SMS processes
- Complete accurate technical records, modification logs, test reports
- Contribute to LEAN/BPS/CI initiatives and support training
- Support flexible environment with overtime as required
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years aircraft modification or maintenance experience with electrical systems
- Minimum 1 year experience reading and interpreting technical orders, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance publications
- Hands on experience using aircraft test equipment and standard aircraft tooling
- Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in aircraft engineering/technical discipline
- 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience on fighter aircraft platforms (F 15 highly desirable)
- Prior experience supporting aircraft modification programs, MRO, or production environments
- Familiarity with maintenance recording systems and tool control systems
