- Collect and verify data to support root cause identification
- Perform internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity
Requirements
- Experience in quality production or aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge of Quality Management System standards
- Ability to perform inspections on aircraft

- Reports to the Quality Manager F 15SA Modifications
Position Responsibilities
- Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance
- Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the F 15SA platform
- Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
- Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
- Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
- Documents audit results in standard formats
Additional Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, first time quality, technical excellence, and product integrity
- Support the implementation of standardization, LEAN and BPS principles
- Maintain excellent communication and flow of relevant information throughout the team
- Drive initiatives that promote production efficiency and innovation
- Cultivate a reporting culture that prioritizes safety in accordance with Boeing's Safety Management System
- Undertake other activities as needed
