The role requires utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to analyze client, market, and key performance data. This process supports and enhances decision-making capabilities by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving data sets to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic business outcomes, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical approaches to address business challenges. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Experience in data modeling, data integration, and data management within cloud-based platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights. - Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical modeling techniques. - Ability to work with large volumes of data and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability. - Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in collaborating with diverse technical teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. - This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
