- Deliver clear and creative presentations of data findings and assumptions
- Manage monthly Total Rewards case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics
- Perform detailed data analysis to address complex business problems
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders
Requirements
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and automation

Job Overview
- The Assistant Manager HR Analytics supports HR analytics, reporting, and automation for the Real Estate HR function.
What You Will Do
- Support MPC planning, budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic review against actuals for in house and outsource populations.
- Maintain data integrity and drive adoption of the SAC system.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self service reporting solutions.
- Promote dashboard adoption among HR and business stakeholders.
- Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio.
- Implement AI enabled agents to enhance efficiency.
- Deliver clear and creative presentations of data findings.
- Manage monthly Total Rewards case cycles and support incentive and compensation analytics.
- Perform detailed data analysis to address complex business problems.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to HRBPs and business leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and automation.
