• Lead Strategy, Planning and Readiness operations across Account Coverage, Territory and Quota Planning, Performance Tracking, QBRs and Win Loss programs. Drive SLA compliance, governance, process excellence, automation, AI adoption and stakeholder satisfaction while leading multiple delivery teams. What are we looking for?

• Bachelor s Degree, MBA preferred

• 10 to 12 years experience with 6+ years in Account Management or Sales Operations

• Experience managing teams of 30 to 80 resources

• Experience supporting Director and Senior Director stakeholders

• Global delivery experience across NA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills

• Drive Territory and Quota Planning execution and governance

• Deliver performance reporting, dashboards and executive QBRs

• Lead Win Loss analysis and feedback programs

• Ensure SLA, quality, audit and governance compliance

• Drive process optimization, standardization and automation

• Manage risks, escalations and service improvements

• Partner with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
