This role supports employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across HR operations. The role focuses on driving engagement calendars, inclusion campaigns, employee listening actions, communication support, participation tracking and governance of people initiatives while ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, controls and stakeholder alignment. At this level, the role is expected to operate as a senior SME / lead contributor, guide team members, review quality, manage escalations and support process improvements. What are we looking for? "

• Relevant years of relevant HR operations / shared services experience
• Prior experience as a senior processor, SME or team lead supporting SLA-driven delivery
