- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring advertising spend is allocated strategically to achieve business objectives
- Optimize bids, audiences, creative performance, and campaign structures to improve results
- Translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop data informed solutions that improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage multiple high value campaigns while consistently meeting performance targets and revenue goals
- Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities
- Support reporting processes by creating clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid social, or direct response marketing
- Proven experience managing high spend paid social campaigns, including budgets exceeding $1M per month
- Strong expertise with Meta advertising platforms and campaign optimization strategies
- Excellent quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to analyze performance data and identify trends
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both analytical and non technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours
- Familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence tools, or analytics platforms is a plus
- Experience with additional advertising platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is preferred
- Background collaborating with creative teams or developing social media content is an advantage
