Job Purpose
- To assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of targeted learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, support professional growth, and align with HCT's strategic objectives.
- This role will focus on gathering data for training needs assessments, managing learning resources, and analyzing program outcomes to facilitate effective learning solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessment Support: Assist in conducting assessments to identify training needs across departments.
