Analyst - IT Operations

Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account access, handoffs, and employee lifecycle follow-up.

Intake, document, route, and track HR requests and employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide administrative application support, including issue intake, access coordination, basic troubleshooting, and escalation.

Coordinate domain and SSL certificate requests by gathering requirements, validating details, submitting tickets, and tracking progress.

Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, request history, status updates, and closure details.

Communicate request status, blockers, ownership, and next steps to HR, IT, agency contacts, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Monitor open, aging, or stalled requests; follow up with responsible parties and escalate risks or delays as needed.

Key Skills Required - 2–5 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support / IT Operations / Production Support. - Basic understanding of Domain Names and DNS concepts. - Basic understanding of SSL certificates, certificate renewals, and expiration risks. - Understanding of the importance of accurate request details and validation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk identification. - Strong team-player mindset. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word. - Willingness to work in the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
