Role Overview: OGS India is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

Raising quotations and client invoices in D365 Project control: opening and closure cycle to support proper project accounting.

Time transfers in D365 Run weekly timesheets data to establish who has not submitted.

Agree freelancer invoices against freelance tracker and timesheet submission.

Become the go to in the agency for D365 support on expense claims & PO creation, Build a strong relationship with our Shared Service Centre to resolve AP invoice and expense payment issues.

Assisting monitoring the WIP and OOPs.

Request Carixa & Euler limits to maintain appropriate credit insurance coverage.

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field with 3-5 years of experience in accounting operations. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new accounting software’s. Having Knowledge of D365 Advanced Excel skills are required including knowledge of pivot tables, V-lookups and conditional formulas. Aptitude be proactive, a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment Essential stakeholder management skills Desirable Skills & Attributes D365 Finance Operations
