Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account access, handoffs, and employee lifecycle follow-up.

Intake, document, route, and track HR requests and employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide administrative application support, including issue intake, access coordination, basic troubleshooting, and escalation.

Coordinate domain and SSL certificate requests by gathering requirements, validating details, submitting tickets, and tracking progress.

Maintain accurate ticket notes, documentation, request history, status updates, and closure details.

Communicate request status, blockers, ownership, and next steps to HR, IT, agency contacts, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Monitor open, aging, or stalled requests; follow up with responsible parties and escalate risks or delays as needed.
