Responsibilities
- Open and track customer service tickets
- Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved within agreed time frames
- Act upon client requests following established processes
- Manage ownership of jobs across services and departments
- Assist with onboarding of new banks, billers, and suppliers
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems
- Analyze reports for investigation purposes
- Write detailed analysis and solutions for different cases
- Provide external customers with internal investigation updates
- Ensure smooth delivery of daily business tasks and operations
- Highlight and resolve operational issues
- Maintain data for client requests and manage records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, or IT diploma with 0 1 years of experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Good writing communication skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Customer focus and follow up skills
- Basic technical issue diagnosis and analysis skills
