Role Overview
Graduate role supporting Marsh Specialty’s MEA Risk Engineering and Technology and Innovation teams.
The role focuses on Energy and Power risk engineering and combines process improvement, digitalization, data analysis, and exposure to risk engineering.
The position is listed for Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support digital solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Build and maintain internal tools and applications for Energy and Power teams across the MEA region.
- Apply emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning where appropriate, to develop internal solutions.
- Collect, organize, and validate data from risk engineering surveys, internal databases, and other sources.
- Analyze data using Microsoft Excel and internal tools to generate actionable insights.
- Support risk assessments, insurance submissions, client presentations, reports, and meetings.
- Shadow experienced risk engineers during field surveys and participate in ongoing training.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records of data and analyses.
