Role Overview
Analyst role within the Credit Control Unit of the Risk Management Group.
The position manages credit documentation, monitoring conditions, regulatory items, MIS, and assigned portfolio activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and check offer letters and documents according to credit conditions in Credit Memos.
- Monitor post-disbursal conditions and pending security documents.
- Input and release offshore and onshore limits after checking conditions precedent.
- Track stock statements, QIS, insurance policies, collateral audits, ROC searches, and other monitoring items.
- Prepare MIS on incomplete security documents and liaise with relationship managers for resolution.
- Coordinate with legal counsel on non-standard documentation.
- Coordinate with headquarters and other departments on MIS, limit loading, and facility disbursals.
- Participate in process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce duplicated processes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Check offer letters and security documents.
- Follow up on pre- and post-disbursal monitoring conditions and pending security documents.
- Prepare internal, headquarters, and regulatory MIS.
- Manage databases containing Credit Control Unit MIS.
